It's what's for dinner...again and again and again

Just went out to the garden and picked the ripe tomatoes, a hot pepper, eggplants, swiss chard and fresh basil. 





Add some left over pasta and goat cheese along with some freshly squeezed lemon juice and yum!
This is going to be the go to meal for me all summer.
