Good morning!

Can you ever have enough sunflowers? Somehow I managed to get something in bloom all season in my new front yard garden. These were started in a flat to prevent squirrels from consuming the seeds if I direct sowed. This created a problem because by the time the seedlings were large enough to transplant, I didn't have any place to put sunflowers so I grabbed fist-fulls of them and threw them in the new garden. That was my method for marigold planting which will be featured at a later time as they tend to last longer while these beauties are at their height of color. Now I have to figure out how to save their seeds for next year. Won't that be fun?
