I believe this is Russian Kale.
And this is spinach. I sprinkled the seeds a few weeks ago when we had a run of warm weather. It has been very cold for about two weeks. Cold enough to find frost on at least two mornings. But a little rain over the weekend and some sun today seems to have gotten things going.
