I decided that it would be more fun to make peach jam vs. canning whole peaches.
The plan of attack is all set. Another day would be better if I was interested in waiting for the peaches to ripen just a tiny bit more. But the weather was perfect and I had time so I'm making peach jam for the first time!
No room for an extra spoon.
I'm amazed that I can fit all of these pots on that tiny cooktop. It certainly got a workout today.
Twelve pints. One went right into the fridge to eat now.
