Is it easier to train a beagle or your pea plants?

After trying to entice these pea plants onto the sticks, I'm not sure which is easier....training a beagle or these pea plants. I feel like my garden is one mass of sticks. I have a new appreciation for them.

Eggplants.

Squash.
