Spring!

Ahhh, the first day of spring and it's chilly and raining. It's also the perfect day to stay in, read, watch lame TV and monitor the seeds I planted yesterday. That means waking up several times during the night to turn on those new electric blankets....the ones that turn off automatically after three hours! And, during the day, I'm misting and turning on the blankets every three hours, too! Ugh. It's like sitting on a nest....almost.

The battle of the squirrels continues. I noticed that they are doing a fine job of digging up the flower beds where I planted tulip bulbs last fall.
