Instead of tackling my assignment of preparing 10 pounds of mashed potatoes, I'm here on Thanksgiving Day morning blogging about an egg. This is my first taste of an egg from a chicken that I have met. I made a sandwich with it and toast. The egg came from 1 of 4 chickens that live with my friend, Amy. Delish!
