Here are the last of my tomatoes from last summer. I froze them. Let's live dangerously.....I'm assuming that I'll have more then those three green tomatoes out there.
Gordon Lightfoot Stew.
Recipe: Add your favorite assortment of canned beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, red pepper, onion, garlic, celery, potatoes, kale, swiss chard and be sure you're blasting a great Gordon Lightfoot album in the other room while you chop, sautee, simmer and drink that glass of wine.
